We have a worldwide shipping service, so we work with all countries.
Excl: North Korea or other countries in war crisis.
*Currently we do not accept shipments to Russia and Ukraine due to the current situation.*
We have enabled a tracking system Tracking Order where you can see the order status by entering the order number and your mail/phone number or just by entering the tracking number.
We have a 48-day return policy, which means you have 48 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We typically process and fast ship orders within 24-48Hrs (business days). During peak season, processing times will be higher. Our standard shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our standard shipping is free for all us european orders.

Any product that is on sale/sale cannot be returned or exchanged for another item.

Usually every three months we make a restocking of the catalog according to the sales of the unit item.
